Please read these terms carefully before using the netb24 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and netb24 ("netb24", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the netb24 website located at netb24.ws and all associated services, products, features, content, and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

A summary of the most important provisions governing your use of netb24.
Only individuals aged 21 and above are permitted to use the netb24 Platform. Age verification may be required at any time. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed and any winnings forfeited.
Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on netb24. Creating duplicate accounts, operating accounts on behalf of others, or using shared account credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the netb24 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

To register and maintain an active account on netb24, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

When registering an account on netb24, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any of it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your netb24 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. netb24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
netb24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by netb24 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. Verification is required before any withdrawal request above ৳10,000 is processed.
netb24 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh-based mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). netb24 does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on the Platform side.
The minimum deposit amount on netb24 is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily limits are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current transaction limits are displayed within the account cashier section. netb24 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically processed on the same business day. netb24 does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider processing windows, additional verification requirements, or technical issues outside our control. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the netb24 compliance team.
By depositing funds into your netb24 account, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. netb24 maintains the right to hold, suspend, or return funds if we have reasonable grounds to believe they are connected to fraudulent or unlawful conduct. Deposited funds are held separately from netb24 operational funds and are used solely for gaming purposes on the Platform.
All bonuses, free spin grants, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered on netb24 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are disclosed at the point of offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus terms supersede general withdrawal terms where they conflict.
New players who make a qualifying first deposit on netb24 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Accounts found to be attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — whether through duplicate registrations or other means — will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided.
netb24 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically wagering only on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between linked accounts, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. If netb24 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to cancel any active bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.
The netb24 Activity Coins loyalty programme awards coins automatically based on real-money wagers placed on the Platform. Coin balances and redemption rates are subject to change at any time. Coins have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred to other accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash directly. All coin-related terms are published within the relevant programme section of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of netb24.
Game titles, graphics, and mechanics are the intellectual property of their respective third-party developers and studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, netb24, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
netb24's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
netb24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network environment is secure and suitable for accessing the Platform.
netb24 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users. Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data provided to netb24 — including your name, contact information, device identifiers, and transaction history — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. netb24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, security, or reputational risk to the Platform or its users. In such cases, netb24 will endeavour to return legitimate funds held in the account after any applicable deductions for outstanding bonuses, fraudulent deposits, or chargeback liabilities.
You may request the closure of your netb24 account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address provided on this site. Upon receiving a closure request, netb24 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of your remaining balance before closing the account. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.
Upon account closure, whether initiated by you or by netb24, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate. Any outstanding bonus balances, coins, free spins, or promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact the netb24 support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. netb24 will aim to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with the support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. netb24's final written determination on any gaming dispute, issued after a thorough internal review, is binding on all parties absent a showing of manifest error.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
